Refund Policy

At Author’s Easel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to enjoy every book you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

 

1. Physical Books

You may return most new, unopened books within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The book must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Books that show signs of use, damage, or markings.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

 

Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged book), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

2. Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

All sales of digital products are final.
Once an eBook or audiobook file has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot issue refunds or exchanges due to the nature of digital content.

However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at admin@AuthorsEasel.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@AuthorsEasel.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped or the digital download has not been delivered.
To request a cancellation, email admin@AuthorsEasel.com with your order details.
